Customer Role-Play is a form of training simulation, which allows you to assign AI-simulated conversations to your technicians to focus on different skills.
Managers can assign role-play trainings to technicians to help with skill development. You can expect:
Skill development for technicians through scenario-based learning
During the simulation technicians will speak to FieldSpark AI, which will act as the customer
The conversation will be recorded, analyzed and feedback will be provided
From the Library page, click on "Create New Training" and select "Customer Role-Play". Provide the required information, click to generate the Role-Play simulation and then assign the training to your team or individual team members.
