Practice mode allows you to create ad hoc recordings to practice different skills. You can record a conversation, review the feedback generated by FieldSpark AI and even have it reviewed by your manager.
Step 1: Navigate to Practice Mode in the app
Step 2: Create a new recording in Practice Mode
Step 3: View Completed Recordings and Select to view details
Step 4: View Feedback and Metrics about the Practice Recording selected
Step 5: View the detailed transcript and coachable moments from FieldSpark AI.
