The Library is the home to training content, and is found by navigating to the Library. Content is organized by categories and can be searched for as well. Some of the content is generated by FieldSpark AI, and other content is generated by your managers.
Managers can upload training content and assign it to team members.
Managers can also create and assign Customer Role-Plays as interactive training, which will be analyzed by FieldSpark AI.
