Customer Role-Play is a form of training simulation, which allows you to practice different skills.
Your manager will create and assign role-play trainings to you
Each role-play simulation will focus on a specific skill
During the simulation you will speak to FieldSpark AI, which will act as the customer
The conversation will be recorded, analyzed and feedback will be provided
How to Complete Role-Play Training
Navigate to the Training page
Select “Role-play” and choose a role-play training
Press “Start” when you are ready to begin
