Practice Mode can be used by new and seasoned technicians to ensure they understand how to create recordings and review jobs in FieldSpark. Managers can review practice recordings and use them as a coaching tool.
Practice recordings can be accessed by navigating to the Progress Report page and searching for and viewing a team member’s individual progress report.
