A quick guide to using the FieldSpark app: login, navigation, password updates, and logout. Perfect for new users or a refresher.

NAVIGATING THE APPLICATION

After downloading the FieldSpark application, it is important to become familiar with the navigation.

Logging in:

  • Open the FieldSpark Application on your device.

  • Type in your email (note: this is usually your company email, be sure it matches exactly).

  • Then, type in your password.

  • Select “Log In” to proceed.

  • If your organization uses Single Sign On (SSO), please check the help center article related to that.

Troubleshooting Login Issues:

  • If you have trouble logging in to the application, please email us at: [email protected] This information can also be found on the bottom of the login page.

Navigating the application:

  • To navigate through the application, and move from page to page, select the three dashes on the left side of the screen.

  • Navigate to the preferred page by selecting from the list presented.

Changing your Password:

  • In order to change your password, navigate to the profile icon on the top right.

  • Select change password from the dropdown menu.

  • Enter your current password and add a new password of choice, then confirm.

  • If you have any issues logging in, email us at [email protected].

Logging Out

  • To log out, select the profile icon on the right, and select the option which reads “Log out”.

  • You will then be logged out of FieldSpark.
