The completed jobs view can be found on the left navigation bar, by selecting the three dashes. The completed jobs view shows a list of completed jobs and their corresponding metrics.
Completed jobs will be sorted by newest to oldest and searching is free form.
Select a job by clicking on the Job #, where you will see:
Job Overview:
Displays appt
Summary of recording
Revenue
Feedback and Metrics
A place to communicate with your manager
Training is assigned here. If you see one overdue, take it ASAP
Metrics - Performance Against Script
See your rating for each category
See your average for the overall script
Recording & Transcript
Listen to the recording and review the outline summary
