Step 1: Log In
Log in to the FieldSpark web application
Use an account with Admin or Manager permissions
Step 2: Navigate to Team Member Profiles
From the left-hand navigation menu, select Team Member Profiles
Step 3: Open the Activity Log
Locate and select the desired Team Member
Open their profile
View the Activity Log section
Step 4: Filter Activity Types
In the top-right corner of the Activity Log, use the Type filter
Available options include:
All
Feedback
Recording
Role Play
Training
Troubleshooting & Notes
Recording Shows as Started but Not Completed
If the Activity Log shows a recording as started but not completed:
This may indicate a recording error, but not always
In most cases, the recording was still successfully uploaded
To verify:
Copy the Recording # from the Activity Log
Navigate to the Recordings tab in the web application
Search using the Recording #
