Web Application: How to View the Activity Log Workflow

This feature allows you to view the recording, feedback, Role Play, and Training linked to a team member's profile.

Step 1: Log In

  • Log in to the FieldSpark web application

  • Use an account with Admin or Manager permissions


Step 2: Navigate to Team Member Profiles

  • From the left-hand navigation menu, select Team Member Profiles


Step 3: Open the Activity Log

  • Locate and select the desired Team Member

  • Open their profile

  • View the Activity Log section


Step 4: Filter Activity Types

  • In the top-right corner of the Activity Log, use the Type filter

  • Available options include:

    • All

    • Feedback

    • Recording

    • Role Play

    • Training


Troubleshooting & Notes

Recording Shows as Started but Not Completed

If the Activity Log shows a recording as started but not completed:

  • This may indicate a recording error, but not always

  • In most cases, the recording was still successfully uploaded

To verify:

  1. Copy the Recording # from the Activity Log

  2. Navigate to the Recordings tab in the web application

  3. Search using the Recording #
