Create a Clip
Log in to the web application using your Admin account.
From the left-hand navigation menu, select Recordings.
Locate the desired recording by selecting the blue Rec. Number
In the Script Analysis section, click the Clip icon (scissors).
Select the checkboxes next to the transcript sections you want to include in the clip. Note: the checkboxes must be consecutive and less than 1 hour in total.
Click Create Clip.
Configure Clip Details
Complete the required fields:
Title (mandatory)
Maximum 255 characters.
Script (optional)
Select the appropriate script.
If a Script is selected, a Category selection is required.
Category (optional)
Only required when a "Script" is selected.
Description (optional)
Add context or explain the purpose of the clip.
Maximum 512 characters.
Assign the Clip
Select whether to assign the clip to:
Individuals
Teams
To select multiple Individuals or Teams:
Windows: Hold the CTRL key while clicking multiple names.
Mac: Hold the Command (β) key while clicking multiple names.
Alternatively, use the dropdown arrow to select one name or one team at a time.
Save Options
Choose one of the following:
Cancel
Exits the clip creation process without saving.
Save and Download
Prompts you to save the clip as a
.wavfile locally.Logs the clip in Training Studio.
Save
Logs the clip in Training Studio without downloading the file.
Accessing Clips in Training Studio
From the left-hand navigation menu, select Training Studio.
The default view opens to the Assignments tab, displaying all assigned trainings.
Select the All tab to:
Search for clips by Field Technician Script category, or
View Miscellaneous clips (clips saved without a selected category).
From this screen, you can assign clips to Individuals or Teams using the same multi-selection method described above.
