Mobile Application - Navigating FieldSpark App

A quick guide to using the FieldSpark app: login, navigation, password updates, and logout.

NAVIGATING THE APPLICATION

After downloading the FieldSpark application, it is important to become familiar with the navigation.

Logging in:

  • Open the FieldSpark Application on your device.

  • Type in your email (note: this is usually your company email, be sure it matches exactly).

  • Then, type in your password.

  • Select Log in to proceed.

  • If you're unable to login with your username and password, please reset your password by selecting Forgot Password? and following the instructions that are emailed to you

  • If assistance is needed, please reach out to [email protected]

Navigating the application

From the Home page, a user can:

  • Select the hamburger menu in the top left

  • View the notifications in the top right

  • Start Recording if a job is loaded from the CRM

  • Select the View all hyperlink below each of the Feedback, Training, Recording Insights, and DialogIQ boxes

  • Select any of the options along the bottom of the app to navigate to HOME, RECORDINGS, or LEARNING CENTER

  • Select View all hyperlink at the bottom of each box

  • select the tab at the bottom of your screen.

  • Navigate to the preferred page by selecting the icon.

  • You can find support and other functions on the top left "hamburger" navigation as well.

Changing your Password:

  • In order to change your password, navigate to the navigation tool in the top left.

  • Select reset password from the side menu.

  • Enter your current password and add a new password of choice, then confirm.

  • If you have any issues logging in, email us at [email protected].

Logging Out

  • To log out, select the navigation icon on the left, and select the option which reads “Log out”.

  • You will then be logged out of FieldSpark.
