Logging In
Open the FieldSpark WebApp using the link provided via email.
Enter your company email and password.
Select Log In.
If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), please refer to the SSO article in the Help Center.
If you can’t log in:
Select Forgot Password.
Follow the reset link sent to your email.
If issues persist, email [email protected].
Changing Your Password
From the WebApp:
Click your name in the top-right corner.
Select Reset Password.
Enter your current password, then your new password (must meet requirements).
Select Save Changes.
Navigating the WebApp
After login, you’ll land on the Manager Dashboard, which includes:
Coaching Opportunities – technician calls available for review
Successes – examples of well-handled calls
Overdue Trainings – list of past-due training assignments
Team Metrics – (coming soon) performance metrics for your team
Use the left-hand menu to navigate through the main areas of the WebApp and access the tools you need.
Logging Out
Click your name in the top-right corner.
Select Log Out.
