All assigned trainings will be accessible from this screen
You can filter by training type - customer role-play, videos and clips
Open training will have a gray “Incomplete” flag. Review the due date on each assigned training to note when it is required to be completed.
Overdue training will have a red “Overdue” flag.
Be sure to complete overdue trainings right away
Completed training will have a green “Completed” flag
