Web Application – Providing Feedback on Recordings

Managers can leave feedback directly on technician recordings to guide performance and improvement.

Access Feedback

  1. Select any recording by going to recordings on the left-hand side.

  2. At the top of the page, select the Feedback tab (next to DialogIQ).

  3. Click the + Feedback button to add your notes.

Record Audio Feedback

  • Select Start Audio Recording to leave a voice note with your feedback.

  • Once complete, click Save to send to the technician.

Write Feedback

  • Enter your notes in the text box under Write.

  • Click Save when finished.

Coming soon: Record Video — managers will be able to provide feedback by recording a video.

Manage Feedback

  • Saved feedback appears under the Feedback tab.

  • To remove feedback, select the trash can icon next to the entry.


    Managers will see a red banner that includes the date and time when a team member reviewed their feedback. This helps managers track when their feedback has been seen and acknowledged.
