Logging into FieldSpark and Troubleshooting Passwords

LOGGING IN FOR THE FIRST TIME

  • Open the FieldSpark web application using the link provided via email

  • Type in your email (note: this is usually your company email, be sure it matches exactly)

TROUBLESHOOTING PASSWORD ISSUES:

  • If you cannot login, select FORGOT PASSWORD

  • Check your email for the link to reset. Be sure to check your spam folder

  • Follow the next steps from the email to reset your password

CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD:

  • ON THE WEB:

    • In order to change your password, navigate to Settings

    • Enter your current password (temporary password), add a new password, then confirm

    • If you have any issues, create a ticket with [email protected]

  • ON THE APP:

    • In order to change your password, select the menu in the top left of the app, tap Reset Password

    • Enter your current password (temporary password), add a new password of choice, then confirm

    • If you have any issues, create a ticket with [email protected]
