LOGGING IN FOR THE FIRST TIME
Open the FieldSpark web application using the link provided via email
Type in your email (note: this is usually your company email, be sure it matches exactly)
TROUBLESHOOTING PASSWORD ISSUES:
If you cannot login, select FORGOT PASSWORD
Check your email for the link to reset. Be sure to check your spam folder
Follow the next steps from the email to reset your password

CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD:
ON THE WEB:
In order to change your password, navigate to Settings
Enter your current password (temporary password), add a new password, then confirm
If you have any issues, create a ticket with [email protected]
ON THE APP:
In order to change your password, select the menu in the top left of the app, tap Reset Password
Enter your current password (temporary password), add a new password of choice, then confirm
