Open the FieldSpark web application using the link provided via email
Type in your email (note:this is usually your company email, be sure it matches exactly)
TROUBLESHOOTING PASSWORD ISSUES:
If you cannot login, select FORGOT PASSWORD
Check your email for the link to reset
Follow the next steps from email to reset your password

CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD:
ON THE WEB:
In order to change your password, navigate to Settings.
Enter your current password (temporary password) and add a new password of choice, then confirm.
If you have any issues, create a ticket with support.
ON THE APP:
In order to change your password, navigate to YOUR PROFILE, SELECT CHANGE PASSWORD
