Overview
This is an excellent AI-powered training tool to sharpen your communication with various objection types and customer profiles.
Below you can see the different options available for Role Play (Note: this may change over time)
Customer Objection Types: these are the most common objections raised by customers
Decision Making Objection
Price Objection
Timing Objection
Trust/Credibility Objection
Customer Profiles: these are the customer types you can select to practice in a role play session.
The Busy Professional
The DIY Enthusiast
The Senior Citizen
The Cautious Couple
At this time, you can select one Objection Type and one Customer Profile.
How does it work?
1. Launch FieldSpark and navigate to the Learning Center located in the bottom-right corner of the app.
2. Tap on the Role Play tab in the middle and then select the red "Start new role play" button
3. Select the Objection Category and the Customer Profile you would like to practice and then press the red Start role play button
4. A simulated conversation will begin based on your selections. The AI customer will speak first, you respond, and the conversation continues until completion.
5. You must click on Complete and Submit to successfully submit the Role Play recording to be analyzed.
Warnings:
If you “Exit role play” or kill the app (i.e. do not click on Complete and Submit), the role play session will not be saved nor analyzed.
If you tap on "Complete" and then "Retry" (instead of “Submit”) the first role play will not be saved and you will start the role play session over.
The role play session will automatically end after 15 minutes.
Be sure to complete the session in order for the session to be saved and analyzed.
Reviewing Your Role Play
When the conversation ends:
It may take several minutes for the role play recording to be processed, analyzed, and appear in your “Previous sessions” section of the Role Play tab. You will receive a push notification once the Role Play insights are available to review.
Feedback is generated to help identify strengths and areas for improvement.
From the Learning Center > Role play screen, tap on the blue, underlined number in the Role play # column to review the conversation and script analysis.
