1. Microphones can only be used by one application at a time.
After starting a recording in FieldSpark, if you use your phone audio for anything else, such as video or a call, the FieldSpark recording will be paused.β
Navigate back to the FieldSpark app to automatically resume the recording.
2. Microphones must be disabled for ServiceTitan or other CRM.
FieldSpark cannot record if your CRM Microphone is enabled.
To disable it, please go to Settings > Apps > ServiceTitan and toggle "off" for ServiceTitan microphone access.
Ensure it is "on" for FieldSpark.
